Will I need training?
Although the platform is super intuitive and easy to use, we highly recommend taking the basic training to accelerate adoption.
This covers best practices across all Sercom modules and allows you to quickly adapt your operations. One hour of training is included with each trial.
Are there any commitments or contracts?
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you are a monthly subscriber, no refund will be applied; you will have access to your application until the end of the current month to export your data.
If you are subscribed annually, we calculate refunds pro rata for the remaining months, based on the equivalent monthly rate.
We already have software, can you migrate our data?
Yes, if your current software allows you to export a minimum amount of information. Clients, products, and services can be imported via CSV/Excel file (created by our team, free of charge!).
Importing from Quickbooks or Sage 50 Cloud is much easier, simply link your account and click on an import button!
Not all my technicians are very tech-savvy, will it still work?
Of course! You can still print a paper version of the work orders the old-fashioned way. A little less efficient, but useful in some cases!
Also, daily job reminders via SMS can also help them have the necessary information to complete their day.
Where is your data hosted?
All your data is hosted in Quebec.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
No automatic payments. At the end of the 14 days, your account remains inactive and retains its data until you choose a plan.

Do I own my data?
Always. You can export all your data (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos) in CSV format at any time from the settings. We comply with Quebec's Bill 25 and PIPEDA, and our servers are hosted in Quebec.
