  • Will I need training?

    Although the platform is super intuitive and easy to use, we highly recommend taking the basic training to accelerate adoption.


    This covers best practices across all Sercom modules and allows you to quickly adapt your operations. One hour of training is included with each trial.

  • Are there any commitments or contracts?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time.


    If you are a monthly subscriber, no refund will be applied; you will have access to your application until the end of the current month to export your data.


    If you are subscribed annually, we calculate refunds pro rata for the remaining months, based on the equivalent monthly rate.

  • Can I import my existing clients?

    Yes. You can import your clients via a CSV file or directly from QuickBooks or Sage 50.


    You can also import your products, services, and suppliers. Our Quebec-based onboarding team will assist you throughout the migration; this service is included at no extra cost.

  • Can I specify what information my employees can see?

    You can assign permissions to each user via predefined profiles or even your own custom profiles.


    The roles cover viewing only, creating, modifying, or any combination of these actions. Available in the Team plan.

  • Does Sercom integrate with accounting software?

    Absolutely. In just a few clicks, you can link your QuickBooks Online or Sage 50 Cloud account to Sercom to import customers, products, and services, and export your quotes and invoices. Synchronization is bidirectional and automatic.

  • What happens at the end of the free trial?

    No automatic payments. At the end of the 14 days, your account remains inactive and retains its data until you choose a plan.

  • Do I own my data?

    Always. You can export all your data (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos) in CSV format at any time from the settings. We comply with Quebec's Bill 25 and PIPEDA, and our servers are hosted in Quebec.
