Entity conversion

One of the most popular and appreciated features is the conversion of one entity to another. This drastically reduces double data entry during operations.

If you are responsible for the administration of the company, you will be delighted!

Here are the conversion options for each entity:

• Requests can be converted into: Submissions, Jobs, or Invoices
• Submissions in: Jobs or Invoices
• Jobs in: Invoices

The following information is transmitted at all times during a conversion:

• The client & the job address.
• Internal notes.
• The attachments.
• The details.
• The items (Products & services), if available.
• Job submission deposits or payments.

Each entity also becomes independent of the others; any modifications made will not affect the original entity.

You will also be able to trace the links between the different entities from the entity itself and via the history (Top right of the screen).

If you converted accidentally or too quickly, you can always delete the converted entity and redo the conversion later.
